Applications for Postgraduate Scholarships commencing in 2011 are now closed. Completion and submission of applications is via RGMS. See internal deadlines below.

**Please note that applicants who are currently in the final year of their Honours degree are ineligible to apply.

A complete Postgraduate Scholarship application must consist of the following:

1. Information extracted from RGMS CV/Profile
2. PDF document containing Research Proposal (maximum 10,000 characters, including spaces and References)
3. Details entered into Part A and Part B of the RGMS application.
4. Uploaded Academic Transcripts

**Referee Reports**
Applicants should nominate referees in the application but must not upload referee reports into RGMS.
Referee Reports should be submitted by referees directly to NHMRC by the closing date of 30 July, 2010, using the appropriate forms
- First referee (Proposed supervisor): Referee Report plus 2 page CV
- Second referee (Independent Referee): Referee Report only

Postgraduate Scholarship Reporting Requirements

In accordance with the Deed of Agreement for NHMRC Researcher Support Schemes, all certified Administering Institutions are required to submit reports for Postgraduate Scholarships.

All reports should be submitted electronically to Cherry Yu at cherry.yu@bakeridi.edu.au at least one week prior to the NHMRC due date.

Signed hard copies should be sent to Cherry Yu, Research Office.

• Instructions for Progress and Final Reporting

• Statement of Satisfactory Progress - Due 30 November annually

• Supervisor's Report - due within one month of scholarship completion

• Final Report - provided by scholarship holder, due one year after completion of scholarship

• Instructions for Financial Reporting and Acquittals
