Instructions for Clinical Trial Preparation Agreement

In order to ensure that researchers are adequately compensated for the work undertaken prior to any participants being enrolled in a clinical trial, we now have a “Pre-Nup” which has been drafted by our lawyers, Stephen Taffe and Bill O’Shea. Formally known as the Clinical Trial Preparation Agreement, it is a simple four page document that is easy to complete. No changes are to be made to the body of the Agreement. Researchers are required to complete the items in the Schedule. All tasks should be clearly outlined in Item 4 and the payment terms detailed in Item 3. The full legal name, ABN and address of the "Company" should be listed in Item 1. Once finalised, please forward two hard copies to the Ethics Office for execution by Alfred Health.
