1 August, 2007. These include 10% GST. No other fees or levies are payable.
Tax invoices for Ethics
Committee review fees will be sent by The Alfred directly to
sponsors/public health bodies etc. following submission of applications.
Cheques should be sent to
The Alfred, PO Box 315, Prahran, Victoria, 3181, with accompanying
documentation quoting the invoice number.
