Intellectual Property

Alfred Health expects its staff and students to be aware of and comply with the Alfred Health Intellectual Property Policy.

If an Alfred Health staff member considers that Intellectual Property developed in the course of his/her employment (or other association with Alfred Health) could be commercialised, he/she should contact Alfred Health's Legal Counsel, Bill O'Shea (9076 3750) to seek advice.
